No power, BlueGATE TRM doesn't turn on (charging)

• To turn on the BlueGATE TRM press and hold the power button down for 3-5 seconds until the LED blinks blue once.
  • Does the BlueGATE TRM turn on?
• If the BlueGATE TRM is not turning on, please try charging it for 2-3 hours.
  • Does the BlueGATE TRM turn on now?
• Should the LED not illuminate when the BlueGATE TRM  is plugged in to charge, please try a different USB port.
  • Does changing the USB port allow the BlueGATE TRM to charge?
• The BlueGATE TRM uses a standard Micro USB cable to charge, if it is not charging please try using a different Micro USB cable.
  • Does the BlueGATE TRM charge when a different cable is used?
