Cannot remove light filter from ENHANCE VidBRIGHT 72

Troubleshooting:

• The ENHANCE VidBRIGHT 72 comes with additonal colored filters that can be inserted into the light. To remove one filter and replace it with another, simultaneously press the filter relase button (lower right of the light) and pull on the inserted filter.
  • Does pressing the release button and pulling on the filter allow it to come out?
• Once the existing filter is removed, insert the disired filter in it's place. The release button should click once the new filter is all the way inserted.
  • Does the new filter go in all the way?
