There is no sound / low volume coming from the SonaVERSE EQ

  • Make sure the SonaVERSE EQ is powered on, the volume knob is also the power knob..
    • Is the SonaVERSE EQ on?
  • The media device must be properly connected to the SonaVERSE EQ. The speaker wire connected to the back of the speaker should be inserted into the headphone jack on your media device.
    • Is everything hooked up properly?
  • Try disconnecting the auxiliary cable, and then reconnecting. Make sure all the jacks are clean and free of debris.
    • Does this solve the problem?
  • Turn the volume up on the source device, also turn the volume up on the SonaVERSE EQ. Try also increasing the bass and treble levels as well.   
    • Does this solve the problem?
  • Please try a different media source if one is available.
    • Does the sound come from the speakers now?
