Marker on ENHANCE Memo Clock is not erasing

• Please make sure you're using only the marker that came with the ENHANCE Memo Clock or a Fluorescent Wet Erase marker when writing on the Memo Clock acrylic board.
  •  What marker(s) are being used on the ENHANCE Memo Clock?
• If the eraser on the included marker is not removing the drawings, please use a damp towel to erase the markings.
  • Are you able to erase the marker from the board now?
