The BlueBEAT SE is not comfortable

• The ear hook on the BlueBEAT SE can be removed and reposition for wearing the BlueBEAT SE on either ear.
  • Does moving the ear hook for use on the other ear make it more comfortable?
• There are alternative ear gels included for use with the BlueBEAT SE, they can be changed out.
  • Does using a different ear gel change the comfort level?
