BlueSYNC EX is not powering on

Make sure to fully charge the BlueSYNC EX for 2 hours before using. Plug in the Mini USB cable, the LED should glow red and will turn off when fully charged. 

• After fully charging the BlueSYNC EX, move the power switch to AUX or BT.
  • Does the blue LED indicator glow blue to indicate power?
