LED lights on the ReVIVE SOLAR RESTORE XL PLUS are not working

• Press the center button on the back of the ReVIVE SOLAR RESTORE XL PLUS twice to turn the LED light on, three times to have the LED light strobe, four times to turn the LED off.
  • Does the light turn on, strobe, and off when the center button is toggled as instructed above?
• Check the status of the internal battery by pressing the center button once, this will show the status of the battery, if there is not a charge, please charge the ReVIVE SOLAR RESTORE XL PLUS.
  • Does charging the internal battery of the unit allow the light to come on now?
