Adjusting flexible neck of the USA GEAR Suction Mount

•  The flexible neck of the USA GEAR Suction Mount is adjustable, however it can be difficult to adjust. It is recommended to use to hands to adjust the neck to a desired position without anything mounted in the cradle or attached to a surface.
  • Are you able to adjust the neck with two hands to your desired position?
• Another adjustment is available as well, the neck can be moved up and down by loosening the adjustment knob, then moving the neck up or down to a desired position. Be sure to tighten the knob once a position is found.
  • Does loosening the adjustment knob allow a vertical adjustment of the neck?
