ReVIVE ReLOAD is not charging the inserted battery

• Make sure the contacts of the ReVIVE ReLOAD are properly touching the positive and negative terminals on the battery to be charged. When the battery is charging the LCD screen will begin an animation of a charging battery.
  • Are the contacts touching the right terminals on the battery?
• Try using a different battery in the charger.
  • Does a different battery charge?
• Please try plugging the ReVIVE ReLOAD charger into a different wall outlet.
  • Does this solve the problem?
