- Please make sure the included charging cable is securely connected to the SonaSPHERE, disconnect and reconnect the cable.
- Does removing and then reinserting the cable solve the problem?
- If the LED on device does not glow red when the cable is inserted, try using a different cable if you have one available. The speaker uses a standard Mini USB cable for charging.
- Does the speaker charge when using a different Mini USB cable?
- Try plugging the USB cable into more than one USB port.
- Will the speaker now charge in a different port?
