- Please make sure to fully charge the SonaSPHERE before first use.
- Does the speaker charge, or does charging it solve the issue?
- Be sure the power is on, the switch is located on the bottom of the speaker, when on the LED light will glow green.
- Is the speaker on, does the LED light glow green?
- If the power is on and there is no sound, make sure the 3.5 mm AUX cable is securely plugged into your media device, if possible try it plugged into a different device.
- Does disconnecting then reconnecting the AUX cable solve the problem, or does the speaker work with another device?
- Be sure the volume on the speaker and your media device is turned up.
- Does turning the volume adjustment on the speaker or turning up the volume on your device solve the problem?
