Power does not seem to be flowing to the ReVIVE DoubleUP

  • Please verify that there is power flowing to the ReVIVE DoubleUP by connecting it to an AC or DC power source.
    • Does the BLUE LED light come on?
  • If the light does not glow blue, please try using a different outlet.
    • Does that solve the problem?
  • If you are unable to get the BLUE LED on the ReVIVE DoubleUP to light up, this indicates that the charger is not properly working.
