The included batteries are not charging

• Please try the charger in a different or known operational outlet.
  • Does switching to a different outlet solve the problem?
• Determine which batteries are not charging, switch them to different slots or try one at a time.
  • Does this alter or change the charging state of the inserted batteries?
• Try other Ni-MH / Ni-Cd batteries in the charger to determine if it is the charger or the batteries that is non operational.
  • Does the charger work with different batteries?
