Fans/LEDs for Cryogen 2 not functioning properly

Troubleshooting:

To power on the Cryogen 2 Laptop Cooling Stand, please plug one end of the included USB cable into one of the USB ports on the cooling stand, and the other end of the cable into a USB port on your laptop. Rotate the turn dials to power ON/OFF and control the fan speed in each zone.
- Does the cooling stand power on?
If the LED is still flickering and the fan does not work properly, try plugging the USB cable into the other USB port on the cooling stand.
- Does it work properly now?
Should the stand still remain the same, please try plugging the USB end in your laptop into a different USB port.
- Does it help the problem?
If the cooling stand is still not working properly, please try plugging the stand into a different computer or even a USB Powered Wall Adapter.
- Do the LEDs and fans work now?
