There is no sound when connecting the 3.5mm audio cable

  • Please make sure that you are connecting the cable FIRST to the FlexSMART i, and then to your device.
    • Does reconnecting the AUX cable in this order solve the problem?
  • Please make sure that the volume setting on your device are is turned up to maximum volume.
    • Does this solve the problem?
