Enhance Gooseneck Condenser Microphone Not Turning ON

Troubleshooting:

To Power ON the Gaming Microphone, please plug one end of the cable into the USB Port of your laptop. Use the MUTE button to turn the microphone ON/OFF. If the LED is lit, Mic is ON. If the LED is OFF, Mic is MUTED.
  • Does the Gaming Microphone turned ON?
If you’re still not receiving power, try plugging the USB end in your laptop to a different USB Port.
  • Does it power ON now?
Position microphone close to your audio source. Use the microphone level settings in your computer to adjust for distance.
  • Does the Microphone power ON now?
