SonaVERSE USB LED Clip-On Speaker has bad sound quality

Troubleshooting:
 
  • Make sure that your computer/laptop is adjusted to a loud enough volume level
    • Remember that there is no volume wheel on the speaker and you will have to adjust audio on your device as well as the video/application you're listening to
      • Keep your audio device at 80-90% volume for best sound transmission
  • Verify that all cables are plugged into the proper ports and that your device is completely connected.
    • Does disconnecting any cords or removing from the dock, then reinserting solve the problem?
  • Try using different audio sources to make sure the speaker is functioning correctly and that the problem is not being caused by your audio device.
    • Does the issue persist even if an alternative audio source is used?
  • Allow up to 8 hours of playtime for the speaker to 'wear-in' to achieve the best audio quality
