Illuminated Wrist Rest won't turn on

Troubleshooting:

• Insert the Micro USB Connector into the wrist rest and then insert the USB connector into a USB port
  • Does it turn on automatically when plugged in?
• Press the power button to turn ON the LED. Hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn OFF the LED
  • Does it turn ON/OFF?
• Use a different USB port or micro USB cable
  • Does using a different USB port or micro USB cable turn on the LED wrist rest?
