Device plugged into the headset stand not working or no does not power on


  • Please make sure that your USB device is fully inserted into one of the black USB ports on the headset stand. Disconnect and then fully connected it again.
    • Does this solve the problem?
  • If you are still not receiving power, please try a different black USB port on the headset stand.
    • Is there still no power to the plugged in device?
  • Please try a different USB cable or a different device if either are available.
    • Does the headset stand still not provide power despite using different cords and devices? 
  • Try plugging the headset stand into a different USB port on your computer.
    • Does the headset stand allow your USB device to work now?
