Enhance Attack Soundbar does not power on

Troubleshooting:

Please make sure that AC Adapter is connected to a functional outlet.
- Do other devices plugged into the same outlet?
Try the Enhance Attack speaker in different outlet.
- Does plugging into a different outlet allow the Attack Speaker to power on?
Please ensure the end of the AC adapter is securely plugged into the DC 9-12V port
- Do you receive power now?
- If not, is there by chance a loose connection?
Lastly, ensure to firmly press down on the POWER button to turn on the speaker?
- You should see an LED light now depending on which AUX port you are plugged into.
