ENHANCE Child Mood Light will not power on

If the ENHANCE MoodBRIGHT S is not powering on, please try unplugging it from the outlet it is plugged into and then plugging it back in, then press the power button on the remote.
- Does the light turn on?
If the light is still not turning on, please try moving it to a different outlet.
- Does the light turn on after changing outlets?
