Mouse is not Turning/Staying On

Troubleshooting:

Insert the Wireless USB Receiver into the USB port of the computer then press the LEFT click button of the mouse.
- Does the mouse turn on when the wireless USB receiver is inserted?
Be sure to switch the mouse to the ON position located on the bottom of the mouse.
- Does the mouse turn on when toggling the switch?
Insert the Micro USB Connector into the mouse and then insert the USB connector into a USB port
- Does it turn on automatically when plugged in?
Use a different USB port or micro USB cable
- Does using a different USB port or micro USB cable turn on the LED mouse pad?
