Top slide cover doesn't fit

• Make sure the iPhone screen is facing outward and the 30 pin connector is properly in line with your iPhone and fully inserted.
  • When the iPhone is inserted, does it line up correctly with the connector?
• Gently pinch the sides of the top cover and apply gentle pressure until you hear it click into place.
  • Does this allow the top piece of the ReVIVE ENERG4 to snap into place?
