The iPhone is not taking a charge from the ReVIVE ENERG4

Troubleshooting:
 
  • Make sure the ReVIVE ENERG4 case is fully charged and powered on. The ReVIVE ENERG4 is turned on by holding the power/status button for three seconds.
    • Does giving the ReVIVE ENERG4 a full charge allow it to be turned on?
  • If the iPhone is still not charging, make sure the 30 pin connector is in line with the iPhone and is fully inserted.
    • Is the phone securely connected to the connecter inside of the ReVIVE ENERG4?
