ENHANCE GX-K3 keyboard is not working

Troubleshooting:

While your computer is running, insert the ENHANCE GX-K3 USB plug into one of your computers USB ports. Your computer will automatically detect the keyboard and install any necessary drivers. The keyboard will light up when powered.
- Does your computer recognized the keyboard and does it power on and work?
If the keyboard was not recognized, please try plugging it into a different USB port on your computer.
- Does the keyboard work when plugged into a different USB port?
Please try all available USB ports on your computer.
- Did the keyboard work with any of the USB ports?
Please try using the keyboard with a different computer.
- Does the keyboard work with a different computer?

Please contact customer service if the troubleshooting above does not solve the problem.
