LED GAMING MOUSE PAD Wont Turn On?

Troubleshoot:

Insert the Micro USB Connector into the mouse pad and then insert the USB connector into a USB port

·        Does it turn on automatically when plugged in?

Press the power button to turn ON the LED. Hold power button for 3 seconds to turn OFF the LED.

·        Does it turn ON/OFF

Use a different USB port or micro USB cable

·        Does using a different USB port or micro USB cable turn on the LED mouse pad?
