Computer does not recognize the wired MOUSE MINIUSB mouse

• The wireless mouse is only compatible with Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, MAC OS X 10.4 or later, and Linux Kernel 2.6 or later.
  • Is your computer running one of these operating systems?
• Make sure computer being used with the mouse has the latest available operating system firmware updates.
  • Are all available updates installed ony our computer?
• Try the mouse in a different USB port.
  • Does the mouse work in a different USB port?
• Disconnect and re-connect the mouse to the USB ports being tried.
  • Did this solve the problem?
