Computer will not recognize the wireless mouse

• The wirless mouse is only compatible with Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, MAC OS X 10.4 or later, and Linux Kernel 2.6 or later.
  • Is your computer running one of these operating systems?
• Make sure the computer the mouse is being used with has the latest available operating system firmware updates.
  • Are all available updates installed on the computer?
• Try the nano receiver in a different USB port.
  • Does switching the receiver to a different port solve the issue?
• Disconnect and re-connect the mouse to the USB ports being tried.
  • Does this solve the problem?
