ENHANCE Condenser Microphone Will not Power on or is not Detected by the Computer

Troubleshooting:

This microphone is designed to work only for PC. If the microphone is not being detected by the PC, please try a different USB port.
- Does the PC detect the microphone now?
If you are still experiencing issues, please ensure that the power switch is fully toggled to the rightmost ‘ON’ position.
- Was the switch fully toggled to ‘ON’?
