Devices plugged into the PowerUP DV2 are not charging

When using the PowerUP DV2 to charge a tablet, we would recommend using the 2.1A USB port (top port), as the 1.0A will charge tablets more slowly.

Please sure the PowerUP DV2 is fully inserted into the DC outlet and receiving power. Please remove, then reinsert the transmitter, gently apply forward pressure until it stops.
- Does your device indicate that it is receiving power now?
Try charging the device using the other USB port.
- Does this device indicate that it is receiving a charge?
Please try using a different USB cable with the PowerUP DV2.
- Does this device indicate that it is receiving a charge now?
Please try charging a different device with the PowerUP DV2.
- Does this device indicate that it is receiving a charge?

Please contact customer service if the troubleshooting above does not solve the problem.
