RF Presenter is not working with computer

• If the remote is not working or not being recognized by your computer, please try using different programs on the computer.
  • Does the remote work with a different program?
• If the remote not being recognized by your computer, please try inserting the dongle into a different USB port.
  • Is the remote recognized now?
• Please try inserting the dongle into a different computer entirely, if your computer is still not seeing it.
  • Does the remote work when the dongle is inserted into a different computer?
