The ENHANCE GX-M1w is not holding a charge

Troubleshooting:

The ENHANCE GX-M1w wireless mouse should hold a charge for about 15 to 20 days, or 360 to 480 hours, depending on use.
- Are you observing this amount of run time with the wireless mouse?
Make sure when charging the mouse that you are allowing it to fully charge before using again. The wireless mouse can achieve a FULL charge in 2.5 hours.
- Are you allowing the mouse to receive a full charge?
For best results, please only charge the mouse when all battery power has been drained, then fully charge the mouse for 2.5 hours before using again. Upon first use, make sure you do a full charge and full discharge cycle at least 4 to 6 times.
- Does the mouse hold a better charge after completing a proper charge cycle 4 to 6 times?
