Device plugged into ENHANCE GX-B1 not working or no power

  • Please make sure that your USB device is fully inserted into one of the USB ports on the ENHANCE GX-B1. Disconnect and then fully connected it again.
    • Does this solve the problem?
  • If you are still not receiving power, please try a different USB port on the ENHANCE GX-B1.
    • Is there still no power to the plugged in device?
  • Please try a different USB cable or a different device if either are available.
    • Does the ENHANCE GX-B1 still not provide power despite using different cords and devices? 
  • Try plugging the ENHANCE GX-B1 into a different USB port on your computer.
    • Does the ENHANCE GX-B1 allow your USB device to work now?
