ENHANCE Mood Light is not powering on

Troubleshooting:

If the ENHANCE Mood Light is not powering on, please try unplugging it from the outlet it is plugged into and then plugging it back in, then press the power button on the remote.
- Does the light turn on?
If the light is still not turning on, please try moving it to a different outlet.
- Does the light turn on after changing outlets?
Please try removing the AC adapter from the light and insert AAA batteries.
- Does the light power on with battery power?

If the troubleshooting above does not solve your problem, please contact customer service.
