USA GEAR FLEXARMOR T5 Armband doesn't fit users arm

Troubleshooting:

The USA GEAR FLEXARMOR T5 Armband is designed to fit users with arm circumference's between 10 to 15 inches. There are two slots on the armband to feed the Velcro strap through. For arms with circumference between 10 to 12 inches, please use the inside slot. For arm circumference between 12 to 15 inches, use the outside slot.
- Does switching between one slot or the other provide a better fit?
If your arm circumference is larger or smaller than the allowable dimensions, you may need to slide the USA GEAR FLEXARMOR T5 Armband to a different location on your arm for a better fit.
- Does changing the worn position of the armband allow for a better fit?
