ENHANCE NightLUX FLX is not turning on

Troubleshooting:

• If the ENHANCE NightLUX FLX is not turning on when plugged in, press the Touch Sensitive power control on the light, near where the Mini USB power cable plugs in.
  • Does touching the power control turn the light on?
• If the ENHANCE NightLUX FLX is still not turning on, please unplug the Mini USB power cable, and plug it back in.
  • Does the light come on now?
• Please try plugging the light into more than one USB port. You can use a computer USB port or a AC to USB adapter.
  • Does plugging the light into a different power source solve the problem?
