- If no sound is coming from the BlueSYNC WUD, please make sure the volume is turned up on the speaker and on your device.
- Is the volume turned up on the speaker and the connected device?
- If you're still not hearing audio and you're using Bluetooth, please make sure you do not have anything connected to the AUX port in the back of the speaker.
- Was anything connected to the AUX port?
- If you're using the AUX port to listen to audio, please make sure the AUX cable is securely plugged into the speaker and your device. Remove the cable from the speaker and your device and then plug it back in.
- Are you getting audio from the speaker now?
- If possible, please try using a different AUX cable.
- Does a different AUX cable solve the problem?
