Devices are not receiving a charge from ReVIVE PowerUP NG5P


  • Please make sure the power to the ReVIVE PowerUP NG5P is on, the blue LED will be illuminated.
    • Is the ReVIVE PowerUP NG5P turned on and receiving power?
  • There are 5 different USB ports on the ReVIVE PowerUP NG5P, please try all the ports.
    • Are any of the ports sending a charge to the device you have plugged in?
  • Please try different devices, in all of the ports.
    • Do any devices receive a charge from any of the ports?
  • Be sure to try different USB cables as well.
    • Does switching USB cables solve the problem?
