SonaVERSE CLK is not powering on

Troubleshooting:

  • Make sure the SonaVERSE CLK is plugged into power with the included AC adapter, or that four (AA) batteries are installed into the clock if you will not be using the AC adapter.
    • Does the SonaVERSE CLK turn on when plugged into a power outlet or when batteries are inserted?
  • Try plugging the SonaVERSE CLK into a different wall outlet.
    • Does the clock power on now?
  • Please try using battery power only, or changing the batteries already inserted into the clock.
    • Does trying new batteries or using battery power only allow the clock to power on?
