Move L3D is not charging.

Troubleshooting:

• When you first receive the Move L3D speaker, please plug it in to charge for 2-3 hours with the included AC charger in order to receive a full charge.
  • Does the LED indicator glow red when it is plugged in and charging?
• Please try plugging the AC adpater into a different wall outlet.
  • Does the Move L3D begin charging when plugged into a different wall outlet?
• When the Move L3D is fully charged, the LED indicator will glow green
  • Does the LED indicatror turn green to indicate a full charge has been achieved?
