Forward/Back on Move L3D remote not working

• Forward/Back remote functions only work if a memory card or flash drive is being used.
  • Are you connecting one of these devices, or do you have the Move L3D plugged into a media device?
• The Move L3D only has the ability to operate the Forward/Back/ remote functions when the buttons are being pressed and using a memory card or flash drive.
  • While using a memory card or flash drive, does pressing the Forward/Back buttons work?
