BlueSYNC DRM has short battery life

Troubleshooting:

• Make sure to FULLY charge the BlueSYNC DRM battery before first use. The battery should last up to 10 hours on one charge.
  • Is your battery lasting about 10 hours?
• If not, you may need to exercise the internal battery. This means FULLY charging the BlueSYNC DRM battery, then FULLY discharging the battery until it dies. Repeat this cycle 4-6 times.
  • After exercising the battery, does the battery life increase?
