ReVIVE RESTORE Q5000 has bad battery life

Troubleshooting:
 
  • Upon first receiving the ReVIVE RESTORE Q5000, fully charge the battery via USB power for 4 hours. After a full charge, fully drain the internal battery, then fully charge it again. Repeat this cycle 4-6 times for optimum battery performance.
    • Are you still experiencing low battery life from the ReVIVE RESTORE Q5000 after exercising the battery?
  • The ReVIVE RESTORE Q5000 has a 5000mAh internal battery, with a full charge it should be able to provide 2 full charges to a device with an 2500mAh battery. To figure out if your ReVIVE RESTORE Q5000 is performing as it should, divide 5000 by your device's battery mAh rating.
    • Is the ReVIVE RESTORE Q5000 providing an optimal charge to your device (ex: 5000/2500 = 2 full charges)?
