ReVIVE SOLAR RESTORE PX6000 is not taking a charge

AC Charging Troubleshooting: 

For best results and battery life, upon first use, please fully charge the ReVIVE SOLAR RESTORE PX6000 with AC power, drain the battery dead, then fully charge the battery again. This is called exercising the battery. Repeat this process 4-6 times for optimum battery life and performance.

• The ReVIVE SOLAR RESTORE PX6000 can be charged by Solar or AC power. To recharge the internal 6000mAh battery with AC power, please either use the included AC adapter, or the included Mini USB cable. Make sure the chosen cable is plugged into the correct charging port. When plugged in and charging, a red light to the left of the test button will turn on.
  • Does the red charging indicator light come on on when the ReVIVE SOLAR RESTORE PX6000 is plugged in?
• If the charging light does not come on, try a different USB port or AC outlet, or try the other charging method.
  • Does switching to a different port or using the other charging method allow the ReVIVE SOLAR RESTORE PX6000 to charge?
• When the ReVIVE SOLAR RESTORE PX6000 is fully charged (left plugged in for 4-6 hours), you should see all 4 lights turn on when pressing the test button.
  • How many of the LED's turn on when pressing the test button?

Solar Charging Troubleshooting:

  • Have you cycled the internal battery of the ReVIVE SOLAR RESTORE PX6000 as described above?
• After properly cycling the battery you can start using the solar charging feature. Open the panels and place the ReVIVE SOLAR RESTORE PX6000 in direct sunlight. When receiving direct sunlight, the Solar Charging Indicator LED to the left of the test button will light up indicating power is being received.
  • Does the Solar Charging Indicator LED come on when placed in direct sunlight?
• After 12 hours in direct sunlight the ReVIVE SOLAR RESTORE PX6000 should be fully charged.
  • If you press the test button, do all 4 LED's light up indicating a full charge?
