ReVIVE SOLAR RESTORE PX6000 is not charging a device while placed in the sun

Troubleshooting:
 
  • For first use, please fully charge and fully drain the internal battery of ReVIVE SOLAR RESTORE PX6000  by means of USB / AC power, repeat this full charge/full drain cycle 4-6 times. This will exercise the 6000mAh internal battery.
  • The ReVIVE SOLAR RESTORE PX6000 is not an active solar charger. You should charge up its internal battery first, then once it is charged, just connect your mobile device and it will begin to charge. When the ReVIVE SOLAR RESTORE PX6000 is receiving a charge from the sun, the Solar Charging Indicator light to the left of the test button will be illuminated.
  • When charging the internal battery of the ReVIVE SOLAR RESTORE PX6000, please leave it in DIRECT SUNLIGHT (some windows can block solar rays) for 12 hours.
