BlueSYNC TWR is not powering on

Troubleshooting Power:

• Push and hold the power button on the left side of the speaker for 5 seconds. You should hear a tone and there should be a LED blinking blue on the top of the speaker..
  • Do any lights come on when trying to power the BlueSYNC TWR?
• Did you hear any tones while pressing and holding the power button?
  • If yes, which ones?
• Try charging the BlueSYNC TWR overnight to make sure it has a full charge.
  • Does the speaker turn on after charging overnight?
