Volume controls not working

Troubleshooting:

• The volume controls on the GOgroove BlueSYNC MCX only work when paired to the speaker via Bluetooth. The controls do not work when a device is connected through the AUX port.
  • Is your audio device paired to the speaker by Bluetooth, or connected through the AUX in port?
• If connected by Bluetooth, please know that the volume controls are touch sensative. Best results are achieved by "long touching" or keeping your finger down on the control. A "quick touch" does not respond as well.
  • Do the controls work better when touching them longer or holding your finger down on them?
