ENHANCE Weather Clock is not turning on

• Make sure the AC adapter is plugged into the back of the clock properly, remove and then resinsert the plug.
  • Is the AC adapter securely plugged into the back?
• Please make sure the ENHANCE Weather Clock is plugged into a working AC outlet. Try more then one outlet.
  • Does switching to a different outlet solve the issue?
