ENHANCE Memo Clock is not turning on

Troubleshooting:
 
  • Please make sure the ENHANCE Memo Clock is plugged into a working USB port. Try more then one port.
    • Does switching to a different USB port solve the issue?
  • If you have one, please try a 5v AC/USB adapter.
    • Does the clock power on with an AC/USB adapter? 

Please contact customer service if the troubleshooting above does not solve the problem.
