BlueSYNC LX remote is not working

• Please make sure your devices is paired to the speaker via Bluetooth. Some remote functions to do work when connected via the AUX port.
  • Are you connected to the speaker via Bluetooth?
• Make sure there is a battery inserted inside the remote.
  • Is there a battery and is it properly inserted?
• Be sure there are no other wireless devices that may be interfering with the remote functions.
  • Does turning off or moving away from other wireless devices solve the issue?
• Try different buttons on the remote to determine if all buttons are inoperative or if only some are.
  • Do only certain buttons not work or is it all of them?
• Please try replacing the battery.
  • Does replacing the battery solve the problem?
